About Our Staff
Mary Anne Cipressy – Personal Coach
As a young girl it seemed that I just kind of knew things. I was not clear on just how that was as I was too young to understand. I certainly had a different perspective then those around me. However I also thought that everyone also just kind of knew things. As I grew older I realized that was not always the case. As a teenager I began to explore just what this was and so began my journey. Some called it psychic, others intuitive and some said empathic. All these labels were something I was not comfortable with. For me I was just being me and shunned such labels.
I first became aware of my desire to teach when in high school. I recall asking “What is it that I want to do?” and heard very clearly the answer “Teach”. Then question then became how to manifest that. I felt at the time that whatever I chose had to have purpose. So after exploring several options I chose the Physical Therapy field. My experience as a PT Assist was a training ground for that which I do today.
After 27 years in this field I realized it was time to move on into what I love to do, teach and use what some call my “special gifts” to help others. After doing some research as to how to manifest this, I settled on what is the best fit for this coaching. So, in 2003 I started my new career as a personal coach. What a thrilling adventure it has been. Each step of the way experiencing the expansion of that desire I first realized as a teenager. All along the way I have used my internal guidance to tell me what the next step is. There were moments of doubt, confusion and frustration as well as joy, happiness and bliss. I would not trade in any of my experiences for they brought me to where I am today.
ITSC was formed in 2008 out of a similar and complimentary desire with my partner and co-founder David Trippany. We had known each other for years without the awareness that we had similar desires and what some call “special gifts”. When that veil was lifted the awareness flooded in. Together we developed our coaching method we call Dialoging Sessions. We quickly realized how powerful these sessions are when we dialog together. Together our desire is now to share this with those who desire to expand in their understanding of the Law of Attraction and creating, manifest and experiencing the life they desire, to become Masters of their own life.
David Trippany – Personal Coach
Throughout my life, every circumstance, every event was leading me to the creation of ITSC. When I was a child I knew I had some special abilities. I just attributed them to having “psychic abilities and left them at that. I didn’t put too much effort into this aspect of my life other than to amaze or at times (to my dismay now) freak friends out. The talents and gifts were more than I could realize at the time.
As I grew older, those very same talents and gifts began to emerge as a strong undeniable power within me. So much so that I turned my back on them, as I felt there was too much responsibility within those very powers, a responsibility that I did not want to embrace and bring forth help to those within this world that were seeking the help that I knew I could offer. Yet I continued to feel the pull to fully understand my gifts and talents. I realized I was not psychic but had an intuitive sense that could bring comfort and knowledge to those that were seeking it. I realized that I was not special in the sense that only I have these abilities but maybe it is to help people recognize and realize that they too have the same abilities, but just have not been open enough to gain awareness of them.
I studied feverishly, to learn everything I could about the metaphysical world. Top leaders of the industry would cross my path, Neale Donald Walsh, Brian L. Weiss, Bob Proctor, Jerry and Esther Hicks and then most importantly “The Secret”.
Once I was introduced to the Secret, clarity began to settle in and I, for the first time in my adult life, had a clear calling as to what I was to do. From that point in my life I began my journey to the creation of ITSC. It is from the stand point of my entire journey that fills me with much well being when I speak of ITSC and what we are coming forth to do. Coming forth to help those that want it, a feeling of self empowerment, so that they too can create, manifest and experience the desires they have for and about the lives they are living.
ITSC is ever expanding within the vast world of knowledge as Mary Anne and I are as well. We are ever expanding within the knowledge that source energy abounds with for each of us. It is my pleasure to bring forth that knowledge, that feeling of source energy to all that want it within their life. Mary Anne and I have embraced the journey to unlock the mystery of self so that all who desire it can be the Masters of their own life.
